Jermaine is a trial lawyer with a focus on complex business and tort litigation in state and federal court. He has also been involved in trials involving trademark, construction development and environmental issues. Jermaine is listed as a Rising Star in the Florida Super Lawyers magazine and received the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Award. In addition to his law degree, Jermaine has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s degree in taxation.
