Since then, Lyrical has held the position of Program Assistant and was recently promoted to Program Specialist. As Program Specialist, she works closely with FFCR’s Citizen Review Panel (CRP) volunteers as well as assisting the Permanency Roundtable (PRT) Program team. Prior to joining FFCR, Lyrical worked for 2 years as an Administrative Assistant and Assistant Program Coordinator with Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe County. Her first experience working in the child welfare system was as an Executive Assistant at the Miami-Dade Community Based Care Alliance in 2012.
