Paulina is a Vice President of Business Development at Concierge Auctions, a subsidiary of Sotheby’s and Anywhere Real Estate, where she drives global growth and oversees high-value luxury property auctions across the US and Europe. Her work includes structuring and negotiating some of the industry’s most notable transactions, including the 2024 sale of La Dune in the Hamptons — the year’s highest residential auction there, and the highest ever at Sotheby’s auction house.
Born in Kazakhstan and having lived across Russia, Germany, the UK, France, and now the US, Paulina brings an international perspective and a career dedicated to navigating complex, high-stakes negotiations on a global scale. A graduate of the University of Cambridge with studies at the Sorbonne, she combines a background in investment banking, business intelligence, and over a decade in luxury real estate auctions.
She first became involved with Florida Foster Care Review as a volunteer in the Citizen Review Panel (CRP) program and now serves on the Board, driven by her conviction that every child deserves the safety to dream and the support to achieve it.
