Linique Reynolds

Permanency Manager

Linique Reynolds joined FFCR in 2026 as a Permanency Manager. Prior to joining FFCR, she worked in the school system and upon graduating from university, she transitioned into a direct case management agency as a case manager and then as a permanency specialist. Linique served as the agency’s point of contact for several initiatives and worked with families, case managers, and stakeholders to develop planful transitions. She received her M.S.W from Florida Atlantic University and maintains her Child Welfare Case Manager Certification.

Linique believes that since children do not ask to be born into the world, it is the responsibility of those around them to provide them with a nurturing environment to thrive in. She loves that FFCR does not count any child out of achieving permanency or forming permanent connections. When she is not diligently collaborating with her clients, Linique enjoys travelling and never misses the opportunity to pick up a good book.
