Melissa joined Florida Foster Care Review in July 2014 and held the position of Review Specialist until May 2018. She currently serves as Citizen Review Panel Program Manager at FFCR and oversees the CRP program. Prior to joining FFCR, Melissa worked for 9 years as a Court Liaison as well as Permanency Specialist with The Center for Family and Child Enrichment. She started her career in the child welfare system as a Case Manager with the Department of Children & Families in 2000.
