Cameron Caprio is the founder of VentureMFO, a multifamily office that counsels entrepreneurial families on all aspects of their business transition, family governance, and wealth planning needs. He has advised ultra-high-net-worth families and their closely held businesses for his entire career—from working with startup companies on tax-efficient structuring and formation to advising family-owned enterprises on executive compensation arrangements and ownership transfers.
Cameron is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami, the Greater Miami Tax Institute (GMTI), the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA). Cameron is a volunteer on the Citizen Review Panel.
