Caridad Guerrero joined FFCR as a Review Specialist in September 2021. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Caridad’s experience with Child Welfare began when she worked as a Dependency Case Manager in July of 2018 with Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS). She was then promoted to Lead Dependency Specialist in November 2019 at CHS where she continued her case manager role while also serving as acting supervisor. In addition, Caridad graduated from the CHS’s iLead Leadership Academy and became a certified trauma informed case manager through Kristi House’s Child Sexual-related Trauma Advocacy, Response and Treatment (C-START) Project.
