Martha Garcia serves as Senior Leader for GuideWell Florida Blue’s Service Organization, Member Service Centers. In this role, she is accountable for contact channel strategy, development & execution of innovative solutions and operational performance improvements for members across the State of Florida.
Garcia has held a series of progressively responsible roles within the enterprise in her 25 years of service. Prior to assuming her current role she was Senior Leader, South Florida & Vendor Operations. Previous roles with the company included Senior Leader Multicultural Strategy; Center Director at GuideWell Connect’s Florida Blue Centers and several other roles across Business Operations, Marketing, Medical Management and Continuous Improvement teams.
Throughout her career, she has been active in community organizations, including United Way of Miami Dade, Women’s Leadership Council; Foster Care Review, Citizen Review Panel Chair; YMCA South Florida, Board of Directors and Aging & Disability Resource Center, Department of Elder Affairs, Advisory Board.
Garcia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Global Business Administration. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s Degree in Data Science.
