Raina Shipman is an attorney at Carlton Fields where she practices complex business litigation, representing clients across a range of industries including franchise, insurance, banking, and digital media. She has experience litigating in both state and federal courts in high-stakes commercial disputes.
Raina earned her B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Florida, and her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
She was recognized as one of Legacy Miami’s “40 Under 40 Black Leaders of Today and Tomorrow” and has been included in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for her work in commercial litigation.
Raina is an active member of The Florida Bar Business Law Section where she serves as Chair of the Pro Bono Committee. Raina joined the Board of Directors of Florida Foster Care Review in 2025 and brings a deep commitment to advocacy and community service in support of children and families.
